Hey there, I’m Sydnea! I‘m the founder of Creative Obsessions, a Brand and Web Strategy Firm that helps brands better connect with their audiences through visual communications. I’m also the founder of Bamboo Balance, a mindfulness and yoga company that teaches students to be more mindful of their bodies. As a Digital Design and Creative Entrepreneurship professor, I’ve combined my creativity and mindfulness practices to teach creative freelancers how to Build Business without Burnout. Teaching aside, I am a fervent plant mom who loves to travel and doing burpees on the Spartan Race course.
