Speaking & Workshops

Helping creatives build careers that are both successful and sustainable.

I speak about burnout, creativity, entrepreneurship, and building sustainable creative careers.

My Approach to Speaking

My speaking and workshops has grown directly out of my work as an educator, creative strategist, and yoga teacher. I combine practical industry insight with research-informed perspectives on burnout, creativity, and sustainable careers. Whether speaking to students, educators, or creative professionals, my goal is to offer tools and ideas that help people pursue meaningful work with greater clarity, balance, and purpose.

Signature Talk

The Burnout Blueprint: Reclaiming Creative Energy Without Sacrificing Your Craft

Creative careers are often fueled by passion, ambition, and hustle.

But too often, that hustle turns into burnout.

In this talk, I introduce practical frameworks for recognizing and managing burnout in creative work. Drawing from my experience as an educator, creative strategist, and yoga teacher, I explore how creatives can rethink success and build systems that support both their creativity and their well-being. Participants leave with practical tools for managing energy, attention, and creative workload while building a sustainable creative practice..
